reading the scar One hundred pages into the book, I've gotten past what was written on the back of the front cover and I still like what I'm reading. Maybe that sounds harsh, but there are times when a book review is worse than a trailer for a movie. A person goes beyond all of the good parts and then there is nothing left to see or in this case to read. I'm not saying that I am completely captivated by what I am reading, but for being a fantasy novel it does still have my attention, which is something new for me. Usually I don't read much from that genre. |
