looking at properties I was almost glad to go back to work tonight. Having four days off in a row was nice, but that block of time was not overly calm. With the exception of Wednesday where I did some serious reading of Paul Theroux's novel The Pillars of Hercules, I was extremely busy this week. Trying to find a new place to live and get my place ready to sell at the same time takes an enormous amount of energy from me. To get me started, I had already decided that I was going to pack some non-seasonal clothing and put that into the garage as soon as possible. That way there would be less clutter in my place and I would have some things ready to move even before my place sells. Sadly I did not get nearly as far as I had hoped. |
