Halloween

The rental agency gave me an Altima to drive while I am here. I love that car and its not because of the ad campaign either. Cars have never been that important to me, but I love the way the car handles. Its smooth and I can feel the power when I am driving. It puts my Pontiac Sunfire to shame. Not in the looks department, but in horsepower there is no comparison.

One thing that I have noticed is that people here don't really seem to speed. I never thought that I was that aggressive of a driver but I leave everyone behind in my Altima. Its great. I might just have to take it out on the interstate and really move.

Well, it finally happened. I am moving across town to a different hotel tomorrow. Since Monday I have been paying fifty dollars more a night than the place I will be staying in tomorrow. This means I no longer have to drive across town anymore. Plus I will have a kitchen now.

The one thing that I will miss is the cool parking structure. It reminded me of the scene from Highlander. I kept looking for Duncan McLeod every time that I got out of my car.

The news says that the nonfunctioning traffic lights are a low priority. We are advised to treat them as a four way stop. Very few people seem to follow this rule though.
