Brithday List!

In case you're shopping, this is what I want for the birthday:

• A new Goner shirt (size large) (mine is the classic black with white letters. Something else, please) (Note: may not exist).
  
• The Dresden Dolls' No, Virginia (a gift card to the iTunes store would do fine).
  
• Alternately, the Dresden Dolls hostage logo t-shirt would be pretty nifty, too (also large).
  
• The Criterion Collection DVD of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
  
• The Rebelle Rousers ("Pinup girls caught in the web of a vice racket!")
  
• A bunch of John McDonald's Travis McGee books, preferably in tacky seventies paperback editions (these turn up on eBay all the time for super-cheap).
  
• Rogue Galaxy (a big goofy role-playing quest-type game for the PS2).
  
• A case of Topo Chico mineral water (11.5 ounce glass bottles, please).
  
• The off-white silk jacket I saw at Macy's today.
