electrical impulse For the second day in a row, my doorbell has been emitting what can only be described as a high pitched electrical hum that annoys the hell out of me. Now this wouldn't be so bad except that the unit is located high up on the wall in my bedroom and the sound echoes everywhere when I am lying down. I imagine that this must make me sound insane, but I can feel the unit vibrating when I touch it and I have no idea why it is making that noise. What I do know is that I want it to stop.
