us and them Before I left work this morning, my boss and I talked about what happened between another department and myself last week. I think that I did a fairly good job of expressing what did and did not seem appropriate to me and he did sympathize to a degree like a good manager should. However, I doubt that too much will change, because friction between departments is not an ideal solution. Nevertheless it was still good to let him know what had happened and why it bothered me. The strange part is that the members of my department appreciate me for what I do, but the other department feels that I do nothing.
