she sells sanctuary With the onset of daylight savings time, my weekend got started that much earlier. Yes, I only had to work three days this past week, but having my last day be one hour shorter was even better. It was an odd day where I really didn't feel like doing much of anything except lie around the house and read. I did manage to get out to do my laundry where I saw that someone had written the following message in permanent marker on a bench outside: "Fuck this place. The prices are too high." I'm not sure how they thought this would make the laundromat change their policies. Personally I found it to be rather sad. On television I saw another sign that I am getting old. The song She Sells Sanctuary by The Cult is used as background music in a car commercial.
