some tuesday thoughts Working six days in a row and then spending yesterday in Chicago threw off my internal clock, but at the moment I would have to say that that is a good thing. Sometimes falling into the same routine can be more mind numbing than comfortable. Another stranger commented about my car to me today. This time it was a fourteen or fifteen year old girl. I had been waiting at a stoplight and she crossed in front of me. She said something to the effect that I had a hot car. Actually now that I think about it some more people usually do react pretty strongly to my car and I am slowly getting used to it. ... To Kill A Mockingbird. Part of me regrets never having read the book sooner and the Gregory Peck film isn't that bad either. I also think that the band named The Boo Radleys is clever although I can't say that I have ever heard any of their songs. A very young Robert Duvall as Boo, odd yet effective. ... We seem to be caught in the days where the sun looks warm outside the window, but the wind requires a coat. Slightly deceptive, but not that annoying. Soon the fall colors will start to happen and the coat will be needed on a daily basis. Three months until Christmas.
