No need for a jacket, melting snow and open windows are some of the best signs of spring here in Wisconsin. Yesterday, however, was even better with a completely cloud free sky. Today we had to settle for an overcast sky and warm temperatures. I'm not complaining, but our spring is still cooler than the autumn that I experienced in New Zealand last month. Plus there is always the question of how long the good weather will last before the cold rains of spring come back.

Wednesday of this week I finally got around to doing my taxes and it wasn't because I owed money. No, once the postal service does their job, the government will be sending me money, which is why my parents wanted me to take care of it before I left on my trip. Obviously I had planned on doing the paperwork back in February, but I just never seemed to find the time and then I was gone.

Tonight was the final play of the Milwaukee Rep 2002-2003 season or at least it was for me. I think that there are some more performances through the end of the month and into May, but I won't be there.
