steve hank jan I am so looking forward to spring break next week. I won't be going anywhere, but it will be the first Monday in eight weeks where I'll be able to get some sleep. Not having to drive to the east side next week will be enough of a vacation for me. Since I work up early yesterday afternoon to see Prospero work his magic, I was already behind on sleep when I got home from work this morning. ... I read online that Brian Michael Bendis will be taking over the writing chores on The Avengers. Reading this news definitely caught my attention and caused some concern on my part. Not only is he taking over, but he is also ending the book so that he can start a new version for Marvel. Now as much as I love what Bendis does with his own book Powers, I am a little nervous about what he is going to do with Earth's mightiest heroes. He says online that he is a fan, but I still have my doubts. |
