southwest gusts continue Sunday night into this morning at work was strangely quiet in the beginning. It was so quiet that I could instant message with most of my family for about an hour. My brother, mother and I were all able to chat with my sister in Iraq. I thought that it was time well spent, because for the moment it is as close as we can get to her short of a conference call and I have a feeling that that would probably cost much more. ... I have class at two this afternoon, but I've already decided that I am not going. My reasons for not going are simple. After a very active and fun filled extended weekend, I do not have my assignment due today done. Plus I am tired of feeling miserable Monday nights at work. I can probably finish the assignment here at home and get some sleep. |
