calm new year Now that the day is nearly over, I think that I can safely say that the New Year started on a positive note. First of all, I wasn't at work when the change took place. Last year that wasn't true. That small difference was enough to make me happy. Plus until I walked out my door to go to work this evening, I didn't have a stressful moment. Even when I was driving home at three thirty in the morning I was calm, because not a single police car was spotted. I didn't have anything to worry about from them, but at the same side I knew that they would be on edge with the holiday drinking and driving. I didn't want any part of that scene and I got my wish. |
