missing some exercise I've reached the point where if I don't work out for more than two days, my body starts to notice the difference. I would almost go so far as to say that my body starts to crave that activity. Personally I see that as a good thing and I am glad that exercise can make that kind of a change in mood. This doesn't mean that I have transformed into a physical fitness nut that only reads exercise magazines and is constantly monitoring my diet. No. I just like to sweat a little a few times a week and feel some muscle in my body. Sadly working out inside pales in comparison to riding my bike for an hour in summer. I miss being able to spend time outside. Now with the return of colder winter temperatures, I don't think that I will get any chance to venture out anytime soon. Riding a bike while wearing a hat and gloves is not something that I want to experience. |
