Michelangelo sibyl from the Sistine Chapel

strange weather

Last night the sky caught me by surprise when I left for work. Softly tinted clouds rolled east in wave after wave above my head. I knew that it was windy, but hearing it and seeing it are two different things. It was time lapse photography on a grand scale. I love those moments when nature does something that I had only imagined was possible.

Thunder and pelting rain woke me early this afternoon. I briefly walked outside during our taste of the tropics today. Sixty-eight degrees doesn't come often in February and I am sure that it won't be here tomorrow.

The rest of the day was spent revamping directories for the journal. I should have went with numbered directories in the beginning. Of course I didn't know that I would still be doing this little project sixteen months later.

I'm going to miss watching Cupid. Tonight was the final episode.
