day three I spent the majority of the day hiking in a provincial park about an hour and a half north of Halifax. Five hours of wandering through trees and over rocks without seeing any other people on the trail. It was amazing. I can't even begin to describe how I felt when I was there. It was just me walking across a landscape that was so foreign to me. Milwaukee might be next to Lake Michigan, but this is the Atlantic Ocean.
