The other day I was thinking about second grade. Don't ask me why; I don't know why. Anyway, at my school there were, like, three second grade classes. And we weren't allowed to talk or play with any of the other second graders - just the ones in our class. What's up with that? Why segregate the second graders? To build rivalries? Seriously, now. I know I've got some readers who are teachers; why would you do something like that? Was it arbitrary? What a hateful, power-mad thing to do if it was. |
