Is it just me, or is the Iraqi Information Minister awfully reminiscent of Jon Lovitz's "that's the ticket!"lying guy character from Saturday Night Live?

"Why, there aren't any Americans in Iraq! There aren't even any in the middle east! And the ones that were here? We killed 'em!"

"Losing the war? Nonsense! Why, just last week Saddam Hussein beat George Bush in an arm wrestling contest! Yeah!"

"I personally pushed back an entire American armored division before breakfast this morning! That's the ticket!"
