sibling travel As much as I love my hometown of Milwaukee there are times when it seriously needs to get its priorities straightened out. At the beginning of the local news they mentioned some of the news stories that they were going to talk about in the upcoming newscast. They mentioned firefighters being trapped in a burning building and a woman who had her house vandalized. However, neither of these is the leading news story of the day. No, it seems the possibility of the Green Bay Packers moving to a suburb of Milwaukee is more important. Sigh. Obviously most of this nonsense has to do with money. From what I understand the team wants to or is already building a new stadium and no one seems to want to foot the bill. I know that I certainly don't want to pay for them. They do absolutely nothing for me. The only thing that I want to hear is that the franchise is leaving the state. Months ago there were rumors of them going to Los Angeles and that would be great with me. ... I guess that my sister Hope wants to come with me when I go to Australia next year. I have no objections to this and I know that she would be a big contrast to my brother. As to how much of a problem paying her way might be for her I have no idea. Although from what the rest of the family says about her, personal finance is not her strongpoint. I guess she likes to spend money more than she likes to save it.
