windchill in wisconsin

An odd day spent cleaning and waiting for a package to arrive. Twelve thirty in the afternoon and I can tell that it is cold outside. I don't need to go outside to feel it firsthand.

I want to sleep since I've been awake all night, still stuck on a third shift schedule. Brain starting to fail me here. Thoughts getting muddled. Famous scene from 2001, where HAL is slowly being shut down. Higher functions going offline, but I repeat myself. Daisy. Daisy. Give me your answer true.

During the night online, I stumbled across a man called Kawase Hasui and his prints. Now having seen his work, I want to have as many copies of his prints as possible. From him I went to another personal favorite, Mucha. Seeing his stuff up close in Prague was great. A book of his prints would make an ideal birthday and or Christmas present for me. Must remember to tell the right people about that idea.

I'm watching the trailer for The Mummy Returns as I type these words and I know that I'll probably go to see it next May. I didn't mind the first one. Brendan can make me laugh. Rachel can make me lust which is rare for an English woman since more often than not they tend to be rather dour with a few exceptions here and there. Diana Rigg from her days in The Avengers would be another prime example. Rachel is a little more soft than Diana was in her day though. Rachel seems to prefer cotton over leather.

Family size salisbury steak frozen meal in the oven. Must eat food. No time to cook. Want food now.

I would make a horrible diabetic. Nicole was talking about her sister who has diabetes. She wants to get an insulin pump for her body. Tired of taking shots. I mentioned an inhaler version of insulin that I saw on a news report. I think that it still might be in the experimental area at this stage. I don't know.
