free at last

After seven days in a row, I don't have to go back to work for days. For the first time in months I'll have a three day weekend and I am going to enjoy it. Of course I still have to go school during that time, but going there isn't the same as going to work. School is worth my time and doesn't cause as much stress.

...

Sometimes I think that I judge people too harshly, but this afternoon before class Heidi let me know that I was right on target when it comes to Miss Psychology Major I Broadcast My Life Story To Those In My Immediate Vicinity Whether Or Nor Anyone Wants To Hear It. As she was sitting next to me, Heidi said in a calm voice that Miss P. talks entirely too loud and if she didn't shut up she was going to snap.

...

I am determined to get to know her before the semester ends, but she certainly doesn't make it easy for me. Okay, now I need to back the story up a few lines.

As she usually does Miss Corduroy Jacket, the woman who at the moment is the definition of infatuation, walked into class at the very last minute. Obviously when she does that I can never say anything to her before class. All of the conversation starters that I have ricocheting in my brain go unused. Instead of talking to her, I watch her fidget in her chair and then as the class moves along sink ever so slowly lower and lower into the seat. For me I see that as I good thing. This means that the class must bore her in some way and I can ask her why.

Sadly she manages to exit the class just as quickly as she enters it, so I never get a word said before she leaves.
