simple sunday sensations In complete contrast to the busy move yesterday that left me with just enough sleep before I had to go to work, today was all about sitting back and relaxing. It was a change of pace that I appreciated. Not only did I get a decent amount of sleep before work took over for the rest of the day, but I was able to go out for some deep dish portabella mushroom and chicken pizza, a personal favorite of mine. ... For months I've been reading rave reviews about the title The Sleeper written by Ed Brubaker and drawn by Sean Phillips. Now after having finally read an issue I can honestly say that those words of praise were well deserved. Besides Alias I was never really into the whole espionage and or spy genre, but the book made me want to read more issues and I consider that a successful story. |
