two more classes

Yesterday started out with such promise so that probably explains why I felt as frustrated as I did when things started to fall apart in the afternoon. It was not something that I wanted to happen. Monday without work was supposed to be calm and relaxing, but that isn't what I got.

After a stress free morning of eating spaghetti and reading the latest shipment from Mile High, I decided that I needed to take care of a few chores besides doing some laundry. The first task on my list was to swap out some computer hardware and this is where I got annoyed. Oh, the hardware works, but not quite as well as I had hoped. Plus all of the dust inside my tower frightened me. Something tells me that I need to air out the inside more than once a year or whenever I decide to install something new.

My final paper for the semester was my second source of stress. Last week's nine hour effort of collecting data had to be transformed into coherent paragraphs and my mind was still set on puree when I started to write. Obviously that was not how I wanted to approach my paper. Sigh.

Thankfully I had a solid first draft by the time that I went to sleep at midnight. By then I was more than ready to end my day.
