roger stern wrote A medium sized box full of Action Comics was waiting for me when I woke late this afternoon. I had been half expecting them to be there leaning against my door, but it was still nice to see them after waiting as long as I did for them to arrive. Back in mid September was when I had won them in an online auction. Since they were sent media mail I knew that I wouldn't get them the same week that I had won them, but that was okay with me. All that I wanted was some casual reading material and that is what I got. Back in 1992, I had cut back considerably on my comic book reading. Most of what the market was offering held little interest for me and I had other things on my mind such as what I was going to do after graduating college. Now I know that I was missing out some quality stuff from Roger Stern and Jackson Guice. |
