two months left Maybe all that I had to do was ask, because the sun was shining when I walked out of work this morning. Above me gray had been replaced with blue in what for me seemed like the first time in weeks. ... If by some odd chance, I wasn't able to see a calendar, the retail world is there to remind me that Christmas is a mere two months away. I guess that that doesn't really bother me, but at the same time it does take some mental adjustment. There are still leaves on the trees and I have yet to start wearing a coat. Maybe when both of those things happen I'll be able to start thinking about Christmas. Now having said all of that I suspect that I will start my Christmas shopping of the beginning of next month. |
