declining rust belt Two days worth of wind and rain stripped the trees of any leaves. Suddenly everything looks like winter without the eye pleasing cover of snow. This transformation of the landscape is not making the approach of November any easier on me. I am predicting a month of gloom, but am hoping that I will be wrong. ... October wasn't a very productive month for me, but there isn't anything that I can do about that now. One positive thing did happen and that was that I started selling things online. Instead of online auctions being a drain on my funds, they might start to become a small source of income. Breaking even might also be acceptable. If I sell something then I can use that source of funds to purchase something else. A self supporting habit might be nice. |
