holidays are here November has come and gone. Now we are supposed to, if we haven't already, rush head first into the madness of the holiday season and the end of the year, but I'm not sure that I am ready. I know for a fact that I am not nearly done with my Christmas shopping. So far I've only managed to get something for my brother and one of my sisters. I still have a long way to go before I take care of everyone on my list. Plus the idea that Christmas is only weeks away still hasn't fully formed in my brain yet. ... Clicking through my archives I saw that three years on this day I saw Tori Amos in concert. That was probably one of the better concerts that I have ever seen. There wasn't any odor of marijuana smoke lingering in the air and my ears didn't ring when I went home. Maybe those are signs of old age, but I prefer my concerts to be that way now. |
