simple saturday sleep Yesterday afternoon the Fed Ex man delivered a new Canon all in one printer scanner to my house. It had been purchased using money that had been given to me by my parents for Christmas. Yes, I can hold on to money for that long. Sadly said new toy is still sitting inside the box on the floor of my living room and will probably stay there until Tuesday when I will have some free time to play with it. Opening it any sooner wouldn't be a good move on my part, because everything would be rushed. I also need to rearrange my desk space before I know where it is going to sit by the computer in the second bedroom. About all that I did today was go for a short walk, spend a small amount of time online, watch the taped episode of Survivor from Thursday night and then go to sleep. For me, that is very typical of a Saturday, because after a first night back at work I am too tired to do much of anything else. |
