time to relax After a less than positive stop at the local Toy 'R Us store this morning, I went to the local Bed Bath and Beyond store where I was amazed at the selection of bath scales. I had been wanting a scale for some time and knew that that would be the place to go. One could choose from the standard mechanical scale with wide dial face or the digital kind that not only calculated weight, but also BMI and water weight. I opted for the simple old fashioned model. Once that small amount of shopping was completed, I was determined to stay home for the rest of the day and I did. Sleep was needed and that was what I got. There was no television watching. There was no reading. There was no cleaning. All that I did was sleep and it was wonderful. |
