Mercury four door

After a few select phone calls, I was able to vindicate myself early this afternoon. It may have cost me some sleep, but I proved that I did not get a ticket. A number of people had suggested that I ask what make and model of car was listed on the ticket. It was a Mercury four door. Yes. Those words or something along those lines was what I needed to hear to make my day, because I do not drive a Mercury four door. I drive a Sunfire coupe. Its definitely time for a big sigh of relief as I put another small personal crisis behind me. What is even better is that I proved that I wasn't insane or suffering from a memory lapse.

With the recent cold weather, my thoughts have been going back to previous winters. Last winter was fairly uneventful until January when I dropped Brenda into the snow head first. I can't even remember what I did the previous winter, but the winter of 1995-96 was the winter of Tracy. It was the winter where I made multiple three hour road trips at night through wind and snow just for her. Now I am wondering what this winter will bring. Personally I am hoping for a quiet one.

Tomorrow night is The Glass Menagerie.
