day of sleep

Escape from the heat into an artificial environment of cool. Sleep. Much wanted and needed. No plans for the day. Maybe a movie. Laundry must be done sometime soon.

Woke in time to see the sunset. Hunger put an end to ten hours of dreamless sleep. It felt good and was what I probably needed. More than likely I was still suffering from some jetlag for most of the week. Not only was I used to a first shift schedule, but one that was two hours ahead of the local time.

I feel like me again.
