Michelangelo sibyl from the Sistine Chapel

a simple sunday

The day started and ended with me watching a movie. In the morning I sat through Krzysztof Kieslowski's film Red, the final installment of his color triology. After seeing the movie so many times I know most of the dialogue by heart now, which means that I don't have to read the subtitles anymore. Actually the fim probably enhanced my French vocabulary with my mulitple viewings. Now if I could meet someone like Irene Jacob in Paris, I wouldn't come back.

Then after sleeping for almost a solid nine hours, I ended the day by watching Jerry MaGuire. It was the first time that I had seen it since it came out in the theater a few years ago. I could finally deal with hearing Cuba Gooding Jr. saying his famous phrase once more.

Tonight I spread out all of the information that I have on Europe and I know that I still need more.
