costa rica race Despite the fact that the teams on The Amazing Race made their way from Panama to Costa Rica in tonight's episode, I have yet to be impressed with this latest season of the series. Maybe if they had left the States earlier, I wouldn't be so bored with the program now. Plus I was amazed at how few people knew that the letter "j" in Spanish words is not pronounced the same way that it is in English. I winced every time that I heard someone mangle the name Javier. In terms of travel television, it was much more interesting watching Ian Wright make his way around the Arctic Circle in Canada. I'm not sure that I would ever want to go there, but I guess that it is always an option. |
